We undertake this data processing in accordance with Article 6 (1), sentence 1, subparagraph b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when you initiate contact within the context of an existing contractual agreement for the use of the Games Application or for the explicit purpose of initiating such a contractual relationship. However, Nonex Games does not directly obtain IP addresses and only accesses IP addresses collected by these services under exceptional circumstances, and only when a legal basis exists, particularly when it is necessary to protect Nonex GAmes legitimate interests, such as during maintenance operations or when investigating technical issues. Google also transmits the gathered data to their servers in the United States. These services are employed to ensure the efficient and error-free delivery of the data required for smooth utilization of the game features in the Games App. The legal foundation for the associated data processing is established under Article 6 (1), sentence 1, subparagraph f) of the GDPR, where our legitimate interest lies in the optimal and technically reliable provision of the Games App.

Under the EU GDPR, personal data relating to EEA individuals can only be transferred to a foreign country (referred to as a “third country”) if an appropriate level of data protection can be ensured there, and only if appropriate protection in that third country is ensured via specically prescribed transfer solutions .Therefore, the transmission of personal data to Google in connection with the aforementioned services is grounded in Article 46 (2), subparagraph c) and Article 28 of the GDPR.
In all other instances, Nonex Games will refrain from transmitting the User's personal data to third parties, except when the User has expressly consented to such transfer (Article 6 (1), sentence 1, subparagraph a) of the GDPR), and Nonex Games is neither entitled nor compelled to transfer the data due to legal regulations or court orders.
